Welcome to Feels Good Yoga. Feels Good Yoga is designed to make you "feel good" physically, mentally, and spiritually.
 
Lindsey Johnson, RYT, is the founder and instructor at Feels Good Yoga. She uses a multi-style approach in order to develop physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. Lindsey has been practicing yoga for over six years. She trained with New Day Yoga and is certified with Yoga Alliance.

Lindsey currently teaches classes at
Women's First Rehabilitation. Go to www.wfrehab.com to sign up and check all that Women's First has to offer. Lindsey also teaches private sessions in the Metro Atlanta area for those who are interested.
